Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your booking request, we immediately work to secure your room directly with the hotel or one of our trusted travel partners. You will receive a hotel direct confirmation number within 24-48 hours after your booking is confirmed.
Please note: 1-800 numbers or central reservations lines may not have access to your reservation details. To confirm your booking with the hotel directly, contact the in-house reservations team at the hotel. Simply request to speak with "In-house Reservations" during normal business hours, or ask the front desk agent to assist you in retrieving your confirmation number.
One-Night Deposit
A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit confirms your booking with the hotel and allows us to provide a confirmation number within 24-48 hours.If you cancel before final payment is due (14 days prior to arrival), your deposit will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Final Payment: The final payment for your booking is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations After Final Payment
Cancellations made after the final payment deadline will likely not qualify for a full refund. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Changes to Reservations
We strive to accommodate last-minute changes to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. This includes extending or reducing your stay.
Adding Nights: We will make every effort to extend your stay at the original rate, subject to hotel availability. Dropping Nights: Any reduction in nights requires approval from either the hotel or our vendor. Approval is at their discretion, and a refund for unused nights will be processed within 14 business days, unless otherwise stated. Adjusting the length of your stay may result in a change to the nightly rate. We will inform you of any changes and seek your approval before proceeding. Important: In some cases, changes may require canceling your existing reservation and rebooking a new one. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Prepaid Reservations: To avoid cancellation, please ensure final payment is received by 5:00 PM MST on the due date. Payments typically process within 3-4 business days. Room Connections remits payment to the hotel or vendor 7 days prior to your arrival to finalize the booking. Note: Reservations canceled due to non-payment cannot be reinstated.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, Room Connections reconfirms all reservations with the hotel's in-house team twice before your arrival. This process helps eliminate any potential issues, ensuring you can focus on enjoying your trip after a long day of travel.
